Crispy Chickpea Snack Italian Pizza Flavored
- 15 oz. chickpeas canned (BPA free if possible)
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Crispy Chickpea Snack Zesty Taco Flavored
- 15 oz. chickpeas canned (BPA free if possible)
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. cayenne
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Crispy Chickpea Snack Maple Cinnamon Flavored
- 15 oz. chickpeas canned (BPA free if possible)
- 1.5 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
Rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with towel. Allow to air dry for one hour.
Heat oven to 350 F/176 C.
Combine oil & seasoning. Toss with chickpeas and coat well.
Line on baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes or if you prefer more crispy chickpeas leave in for one hour.
Serve immediately & enjoy.
