Ingredients
  

Crispy Chickpea Snack Italian Pizza Flavored

  • 15 oz Chickpeas canned (BPA-free if possible)
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1/2 tsp Basil dried
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Crispy Chickpea Snack Zesty Taco Flavored

  • 15 ox Chickpeas canned (BPA-free if possible)
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Crispy Chickpea Snack Maple Cinnamon Flavored

  • 15 oz Chickpeas canned (BPA-free if possible)
  • 1.5 tbsp Maple syrup pure
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with towel. Allow to air dry for one hour.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F (176°C)
  • Combine oil and seasoning in a large bowl. Toss with chickpeas. Coat well.
  • Place in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes. If you prefer more crispy chickpeas, leave in for one hour.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
