Hi,  I’m Judy Hahn.  I am a Certified Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coach who mostly works with women who are 40 years old and older to get “unstuck.”  That can mean something different for each person – sugar addiction, tress, weight loss, sleep management, overwhelm, even boredom.  We all have things that we want to change but find that by ourselves it doesn’t always happen.

I was raised by a sugar addict and became a sugar addict too. Mom could eat one cookie, Dad would eat one row and I had to do better yet, I ate the whole box!  On top of being a sugar addict I have been known to be an emotional eater too!

I spent a good portion of my life losing weight and regaining it because there was always a new diet or method to follow to do that.  I was very successful at losing weight and I know many others who have lost weight successfully (and regained it again too!)  Life was not what I wanted it to be but I was lucky enough to begin to study personal development and begin exercising regularly.  Eventually I went to school to be an Integrative Health Coach and learned that the missing piece to my weight loss issues was that I never addressed the root causes for the weight gain, I had never learned about the body, mind and spirit connection.  I didn’t have tools to help me when I found myself in a compromising situation with chocolate chip cookies or tiramisu frozen custard.

Life is very different now and I am the happiest I have ever been.  Not only have I learned and used the myriad of tools that I have to address my sugar addiction (once an addict always an addict – whether it is alcohol, drugs or the drug we know as sugar) but I am able to help so many others.  Others that have lived a life challenged by sugar and believing that something was wrong with them, that they didn’t have enough willpower, that they were “bad” because they continued eating whatever and however much they wanted without being able to control themselves.

Q: Will I be hungry all the time?

Not at all! There are so many delicious recipes for you to choose from as well as plenty of snack ideas.

Every meal is delicious and created by a fabulous chef to nourish your body from the inside out. This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or dwelling on carbs.

You will feel satisfied with every bite. If you do get hungry, there are extra snack recipes included!

Q: Are there any dangers of removing sugar from the diet?

Sugar is not a nutritional requirement and in fact it robs the body of nutrients. There are no known dangers caused by not consuming sugar, hint: it’s how humans lived for thousands of years!

Q: Will I get bored eating sugar free foods?

No way! While there are some juices and smoothies for you to choose from, you will also be eating salads, soups, and even desserts that are delicious and nutritious and will help you eliminate your sugar addiction with ease.

Q: Can I do this program if I’m pregnant or nursing?

If you are nursing, I suggest that you add at least 4-6 ounces of protein at lunch and dinner, boost your morning smoothie with a scoop of hemp or pea protein, and eat snacks between meals.
